Kristin was fantastic from first contact to final delivery of the itinerary. No question was too big or too small - she looked after this first timer very well! She was very knowledgeable about pretty much everything and when I did somehow manage to ask a question about something she wasn't sure of, she got me an answer within 24hrs. Kristin was proactive in making sure that we had the perfect holiday. The best example of this was when she had clearly paid attention when she'd asked about our interests and I mentioned we were big Star Wars fans. Disney quietly released the reservations for Galaxy's Edge activities and knowing time would be of the essence she swooped in there and scored us Oga's, droid building and saber building at PERFECT times and then dropped us an email afterwards to let us know. So many people had issues getting in to reserve their Galaxy's Edge activities, but we didn't have to worry about a thing with Kristin on the case! That's how our full experience with Kristin felt - we didn't have to worry about a thing!

Michelle went above and beyond to make sure our first visit to Disney was amazing. She did not disappoint. She asked a few simple questions about our wishes and hopes and she literally made every single one come true. I felt like she knew our family, even though we were complete strangers. Her hints and tips made us navigate much more smoothly throughout the parks. She even got up at the crack of dawn and booked all of our preferred dining reservations. We would have missed out on so much without her help. The best google search of our lives was finding her and this service. NOTHING could have made our trip more pleasing.
Kristin, I can't thank you enough for your help with our last minute trip! Answering my questions along the way and even when we were down there! Tyler getting chosen to be the Beast and dancing with Belle was adorable. He couldn't stop talking about the Jedi training...Avatar was one of our favorites... Brooke and I loved the Summit Plummet! (Mindy) Oh My Gosh!!! We had so much fun. I never imagined in a million years how absolutely fabulous it would be. I tried to text you from Mexico (my work phone seemed to have minimal coverage). It was fantastic. We want to book another one J. We were going to do it on board but decided to wait for you... plus the cruise was really expensive when you started to add in excursions... regardless it was fantastic. Our staterooms were awesome & in the perfect location! My whole family loved the gift bag...especially the pins and the lanyards. Lanyards really are essential. The food was great. The service was great. Remy's may have been the best meal I've ever eaten in my entire life. If we could have, we would have licked out plates clean!
The excursions were great. The one in Cozumel we did was unbelievable. We went snorkeling in a cave! It was unbelievably gorgeous...amazing. Then we went to the most pristine beach I've ever seen. The food there was ok. The Mayan excursion to the ruins was fantastic. I paid extra for us to be taken to lunch and a beach but I wouldn't do that again. The food was covered in flies L and the beach was not nice... but that was seriously the only quasi down moment. The ruins were so cool. Then we swam with the dolphins and I'm so glad we did. It was so much fun, the kids loved it, the facility was pristine and the animals seemed really well cared for. It was fantastic. Castaway Cay is a dream...loved it there so much. Would have liked to stay an extra day. We just relaxed, floated, swam ... it was seriously the best vacation we've ever had –w e all decided hands down –and my parents own multiple timeshares so trust me – we've been on a late of vacations! I just can't say enough about it except that I HATE being home. We want to do the eastern carribean (enjoyed Cozumel but don't really want to go back to Mexico) AND Alaska. Our waiter told us for the eastern carribean to try and wait til 1 month before and go May/June or Sept/Oct. So, I think we'd like to try and get one in May/ June and/or Alaska in the summer. Allyson Gosselin was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. She always went the extra mile to answer our questions and was very helpful in booking our itinerary. She was also prompt with her responses to our many inquiries. I would highly recommend her services to my family and friends.
Kathy went above and beyond for us. Anytime I had a question she responded almost instantly. Every time I needed a change or add she did it for me. Booking with her for a big family trip in September this year because she did such an amazing job!!
Casey was so helpful the whole process from planning all the way till I arrived. Any questions I had she was there to answer. I was very happy to have worked with Casey.

We just got home from our 8 day WDW trip and it was amazing! A little over a year ago I knew next to nothing about Disney except that I finally had a good feeling about a travel agency and agent after several informative and energetic conversations with agent Kirby. She answered all our endless questions and helped us find the best hotel for our family. She went above and beyond over this past year helping us plan our trip, book dining, fast passes and basically fine tuning the trip of a lifetime. She was responsive even during off hours and always gave us service with a smile. She made planning this trip so fun in itself especially when it initially seemed so intimidating to me. I am so grateful for her positive approach, never ending energy, genuine love for Disney and exceptional level of customer service. She gave me a Disney education and her love for the parks was contagious! She even helped us when we were on our vacation and had questions about the dining plan and new rise of the resistance ride. Kirby certainly made planning the many facets of this trip manageable, but more importantly she made us feel special and that our Disney experience was as important to her as it was to us! Heather made all the reservations for us including theme parks, she went above and beyond to send me links to navigate genie+ services and had a list of recommendations of rides that we shouldn’t miss. Meghan always goes above and beyond. This is the third vacation she has booked for us and we consider her our very own Disney Expert. We are so lucky that she is only a phone call, email, or text away with answers to even our smallest Disney questions and requests. It was overwhelming to think about booking a European vacation that would suit all the members of my family. But Meghan made sure we found a disney cruise that was just the right length and helped book all the travel details surrounding the cruise. Not to mention the important reminders she sent us every month up to the travel date. I knew I didn't need to stress at all about traveling- Meghan took care of everything and it was our most magical vacation yet!!!

The AllStar Movie hotel worked out great... our request for the Mighty Ducks building was met and we took the buses from All Star Music, as that was just across the street. The transportation system was wonderful. The buses were plentiful and clean!! Kudos to Disney for that. All our FP’s were honored, as well as all the food reservations. And the food was decent! Was disappointed with Pandora and Navi River ride. I do not get it?! We did have FP for that, but the waits for stand-by were up to 2+ hrs and certainly NOT worth it!!! Of course I did not see Avatar, but not a fan of that area. Pretty, but not worth the time. The flight ride there may have been better, but Owen was not tall enough to ride. He did get to do the Jedi training, which he totally loved and had meet and greets w/Kylo Ren and Chewbacca!!! Love,love,loved!! The crowds were heavy. Had been there in Nov. in 2012&2014 and it was not nearly as crowded then! I guess the economy has much improved since then. All in all, it was a great trip. Thank you so very much for all your help. I will be sure to recommend you and will be in touch in the future if we decide to do a Disney cruise! Have a Happy Thanksgiving and holiday season! The extra support that Kristen gave the entire time was literally magical, from answering my questions (and there were many), to helping out with the Genie + and ILL selections and surprising us with lots of little extras including our special Greek Easter breakfast. Kristen was wonderful and a pleasure to work with. I've already recommended her 2x and will continue to do so.
Pollyanna is wonderful! So knowledgeable, responsive, and thoughtful. A new Disney deal came out after our initial reservations and she was able to change our reservations resulting in a few hundred dollars in savings which we very much appreciated. We will definitely be reaching out to Pollyanna in the future for Disney planning needs.
Emily was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. She was a great resource for our family who "were" neither Disney fanatics nor experts of the Disney parks. I feel Emily gave us a great plan to follow and set us up to have a fun family vacation. We will use Tink's again.
We would never have considered this cruise were it not for Meghan. She nailed it. We have already signed up for another one and are excited to be able to work with Meghan again. To seamlessly plan a vacation for a family of 8- with kids ranging from 15 to 2 years old- is nothing less than remarkable.

“Trip was great! The boys had a blast and the crowds were not too bad except on Tuesday at the Magic Kingdom. We went back Friday when it wasn’t so crowded. Weather was a little rocky on Wednesday but cleared up by the afternoon. We had a good time! Thanks for all your help to make it a wonderful experience! We may do the cruise next time. –~ Todd”

We had a great time and everything worked out perfect. The Magic Express was a dream, OKW was a great place to stay and the dining plan worked out amazing. The memory maker was worth EVERY penny for sure too. We made sure to grab as many photographers as we could. How some people can say that they never see one is beyond me! We managed to perfect the Fast Pass system, meet every princess and as many characters as possible and overall, had the best time ever. The only downside was feeling so “managed” as far as having to keep to a schedule but looking back, if we hadn’t done it that way, we wouldn’t have been able to do it all. We maximized every opportunity – extra magic hours was the best thing ever – and still got a nap in most days for our 4 yr old! Your tips and support truly made this a fabulous trip. “Hi Kristin, We are back! I wanted to thank you for your wonderful service you gave us for our trip to Disney. We followed your tips and the itinerary you set for us making only a few changes and it was really a Magical vacation! The dinners you set up for us were amazing and they worked out so great. Loved the different ways of traveling to the dinners either via boat or bus. The meals were so delicious but Raglan Road stands out just a bit more than the rest. I have already recommended you very highly to my sister in law that is thinking of going to Disney. She has 2 girls as well.
