Since my earliest of memories, saying Disney has been a part of my life would be a massive understatement. The fanaticism started at the age of just 20 months old when my parents took me to the Walt Disney World® Resort for the very first time. To this day, I still joke with them saying they created a “Disney Monster.” Disney was literally part of every aspect of my childhood. From watching Disney movies and listening to Disney music, to watching the “Wishes” livestreams, I would dream that I was there, even when I wasn’t. Following my very first visit, I made my parents promise we would travel to Walt Disney World®every year on our April vacation, so I could be immersed in the magical aura of the “Happiest Place on Earth.” Every year growing up I would count down the days until our trip – something that has continued into my adulthood. I began learning about vacation planning from the people who started my infatuation to begin with: my parents! As I got older, I decided that I wanted to take on the role of planning our family trips, and seamlessly began to learn how to book fast passes, dining reservations, hotels and more. My favorite part about booking a trip to Disney is … EVERYTHING! The joy I get out of strategically planning our fast passes, and discovering new places to eat, is a feeling reminiscent of my earliest childhood memories. However, booking a trip is only half the fun! Whilst in Walt Disney World®, the feeling you get when you walk through the gates of Magic Kingdom and down Main Street, USA is truly something everyone deserves to experience. My favorite thrill ride is without a doubt the “Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster.” The countdown from five by Steven Tyler gives me butterflies just thinking about it! Aside from that, my favorite, more subdued attraction, is “The Seas with Nemo and Friends” – a ride based on my favorite Disney movie to this day! It is truly going to be my pleasure to assist families with their trips, whether it be to experience the one of-a-kind feeling for the first time, or to enjoy the magic once again!

We just got home from our 8 day WDW trip and it was amazing! A little over a year ago I knew next to nothing about Disney except that I finally had a good feeling about a travel agency and agent after several informative and energetic conversations with agent Kirby. She answered all our endless questions and helped us find the best hotel for our family. She went above and beyond over this past year helping us plan our trip, book dining, fast passes and basically fine tuning the trip of a lifetime. She was responsive even during off hours and always gave us service with a smile. She made planning this trip so fun in itself especially when it initially seemed so intimidating to me. I am so grateful for her positive approach, never ending energy, genuine love for Disney and exceptional level of customer service. She gave me a Disney education and her love for the parks was contagious! She even helped us when we were on our vacation and had questions about the dining plan and new rise of the resistance ride. Kirby certainly made planning the many facets of this trip manageable, but more importantly she made us feel special and that our Disney experience was as important to her as it was to us! Kirby is awesome. She helped me tremendously by booking some of my fast passes and answering my many questions as well as contacting Disney on a couple of occasions on my behalf. The girls loved the box of goodies with Minnie ears and an autograph book and treats. It was so thoughtful.

Kirby was amazing and there is no way our trip could have went more smoothly without her help! I like to be organized and felt very overwhelmed when thinking about planning this trip. We had bought tickets for Disney World from Kirby at Tink's Magical Vacations. We were tourist in USA and this was our first visit to Disney. She has made our visit to Disney World really eventful. She is available all the while and this is not only for processing payment but also for excellent support after processing ticket. She was always available for smallest of our queries all the while and almost all replies are made in real time basis and this includes replying after working hours.She has good knowledge of parks, due to which we could make it to all good rides without much of a wait.
