Tink's Tutorials
Tink's Tutorials are designed to help you understand how to make your Disney vacations more seamless. If you are headed to the Walt Disney World® Resort, you will want to create a My Disney Experience account. After you have created this account, you can make your park reservations, customize your Magic Bands, and starting six months before your vacation start date, make Advanced Dining Reservations (ADR's) The Tink's Tutorials listed below help explain how you do some of these things!
Booked on A Disney Cruise? You will need to create an account at DisneyCruiseLine.com! There you will find your booked cruise information and you can pre-book your activities (when your window opens), check-in for your cruise and and learn more about your sailing! See our Tutorial video below on navigating the Disney Cruise Line website!
As always, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask your vacation planner for assistance.

Customizing Magic Bands
One of the fun perks when you stay as an on-property guest at the Walt Disney World® Resort is being able to purchase at a discounted price the colorful wristbands called “Magic Bands” these will either arrive in the mail before your vacation begins, or be available for pick up when you check in.
What is a Magic Band? A Magic Band is an all-in-one device resembling a watch/bracelet, that you touch to a sensor called a touch point.
Your Magic Band connects you to a variety of vacation choices. You can use it to enter the parks, to connect Disney PhotoPass images to your account, unlock your Disney Resort hotel room, as well as to charge food and merchandise purchases to your Disney Resort hotel room. Before your vacation begins, you can choose to customize special Magic Bands for this trip in your MyDisneyExperience account.

Guests headed to the Walt Disney World® Resort can start making Advanced Dining Reservations (ADR’s) at most sit down or “Table Service” restaurants starting at 60* days before their vacation start date. You can either reserve by phone (call 407-WDW-DINE and make sure to have your resort reservation number handy for the cast

member) or you can also book online in your MyDisneyExperience account or in the Walt Disney World mobile app. If you stay on property at a Walt Disney World® Resort, you have a great perk when it comes to booking your Advanced Dining Reservations. Not only can you call 60* days in advance of your vacation, but since you are an on-property guest, you can make advanced dining reservations for up to 10 days of your vacation stay. Guests staying at non-Disney owned resorts may reserve dining for each day of their vacation too — but they have to log in or call in and reserve their ADR’s one day at a time, beginning 60* days out.
*Advance Dining Reservations changed from 180 days prior to 60 days prior when Walt DIsney World reopened during the Covid 19 pandemic - this is subject to change.
