Walt Disney once said, "It's kind of fun to do the impossible!" I have been to the Walt Disney World® Resort twenty-five times and it is always fun doing the impossible. Whether it is getting up at the crack of dawn to be first in line at the Magic Kingdom, or planning a trip for thirty family members in matching tee shirts, I am always up for it!

I am a mother of three from Massachusetts and it is always an adventure when my husband and I bring our prince and two princesses to the most magical place on earth! My family loves to dress up for any occasion and we couldn't pass up a trip during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, the fireworks and riding Big Thunder Mountain, the Pirates of the Caribbean (a must-see!) and doing the Epcot scavenger hunt!
I have visited both the Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida as well as the Disneyland® Resort in California and I love sharing the excitement that both parks have to offer. I have a very large family who enjoys taking trips with thirty or more people, and despite being such a large group with a major age range, there is always something that everyone in the family will enjoy. I have lots of great tips about traveling with big groups of people.
No matter how many times I visit a Disney destination, I am always learning something new and I immediately begin planning my next trip the moment I get home. Kristen was super helpful in teaching me how to use the new Disney app/Genie+ which was difficult to try and conceptualize, but once we were there it made sense - in large part to Kristen's help in explaining it beforehand.
Kristen exceeded our expectations every step of the way. From helping us with last minute reshuffling of park days due to travel delays, to a special treat waiting for us for my daughters birthday. Our trip to Disney was awesome! Kristen gave us her personal attention from the time we first considered going through our plane ride back home. After considering our family's wants and needs, she took care of all the details- making the "job" of going to Disney much easier for 2 parents who were hesitant to take the leap! She also helped orchestrate things for us from behind the scenes while we were there going from one activity to the next. In the end it was a seemless, fun-filled, jam-packed adventure that our family will never forget! The extra support that Kristen gave the entire time was literally magical, from answering my questions (and there were many), to helping out with the Genie + and ILL selections and surprising us with lots of little extras including our special Greek Easter breakfast. Vacation was epic. Kristen made the vacation as easy as possible for me. I had booked many trips on my own, but figured what the heck....let someone do the work for me. Boy am I glad I did. I thought I new Disney...Kristen knows her stuff!!
Kristen was amazing, she helped me arrange a last minute princess event for my daughter and was able to change our reservations so that we could also do a character breakfast despite the last minute change. She checked in on us, and was so helpful on that first day with genie plus, etc - it really kicked off the start of our vacation in a GREAT way and I am so grateful for that! She was so helpful in explaining the new system and took a significant time out of her day to explain it all to us. The whole trip was a huge success, I know we enjoyed it much more than previous trips, because of help from Kristen!
