How do I get matched with an agent? Once you submit your request form, we match you with the agent who best fits your trip type, travel style, and planning needs.
How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance when possible, the earlier you book, the more options you’ll have. This provides the best selection of resorts and sailings, secures preferred room categories, and allows us to monitor promotions that may be applied later as they’re released. Are the reservations I would make through Tink’s Magical Vacations the exact same as reservations I would make directly through Disney? Yes, the confirmation number you receive when you book through our agency is the same confirmation number as if you booked directly through Disney. We utilize Disney's booking system, but have the ability to call into a special travel agent line as well.
Are the booking services provided by Tink’s Magical Vacations really free? Yes, they are! Once you book a vacation with us we don’t charge you extra for anything, even if you end up having to cancel. You pay the exact same as if you booked directly through Disney. Our agency abides by the Booking Terms and Conditions set forth by Disney. The Terms and Conditions from Disney appear in all the reservation contracts that you enter into with Disney — please read them carefully.
Do you only book Disney vacations? We specialize in Disney destinations, but we can also help plan other vacation types depending on your travel needs.
If I book now and some sort of special offer is released afterwards, do you apply the discount to my original booking? As long as the special offer is still available - yes! Our agents work tirelessly to make sure you get the best price possible for your vacation. So, if you book a vacation and the price goes down, we will update your reservation to reflect current and eligible promotions. Please keep in mind that special offers do sell out as there are often only a limited number of rooms available, so we cannot guarantee any promotions, but our agents are constantly checking Disney's sites for any updates and changes.
How will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be collected by an encrypted system and upon your authorization, charged by the Disney destination to which you are traveling. Your Tink's agent will need to make all payments on your vacation. You will need to fill out our Client Link in order for us to do this.
Is my deposit refundable? This varies by destination and package. Some deposits are refundable until a certain deadline, while others are non-refundable from the time of booking. We’ll clearly outline your options and policies before you commit.
What happens if I have already booked my vacation directly with Disney before I learned about your travel agency? Can I still work with your agency? Yes, if you have booked your vacation in the last thirty days you can transfer it to us. Please Use this form to transfer your vacation to us! When you transfer a booking to us you get the same services as if you booked with us originally.
Can you plan for large groups, multi-family trips, or celebrations? Yes. We specialize in coordinating large groups, multi-family vacations, and celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, and milestone trips. A select group of our agents are trained and specialize in navigating the vacations needs of people with special needs. Can you book my flights? We provide guidance on flight timing, airports, and arrival/departure considerations to support your overall vacation plans. Booking airfare yourself allows you to manage seat selection, airline preferences, loyalty programs, and any schedule changes directly with the airline.
What happens if I have to change or cancel my vacation? We will always help you change or cancel your reservation. We understand that life happens and while we all intend to go on the vacations we plan, that doesn't always happen. Our agency never charges for cancelled or altered vacations. However, not all funds may be returned to you by Disney based on Disney Terms and Conditions. For this reason, we always recommend recommend you purchase some type of travel insurance to cover unexpected emergencies.
