Once you have a Disney Cruise Line account set up - you will also need to get the Disney Cruise Line Mobile App for your devices!
This free app is now available in the Apple App Store or Google Play store and can be used on all the Disney ships.  We recommend downloading the app BEFORE YOUR SAILING, so that you can experience the convenience of having a countdown to your cruise as well as the ability to check in via the app!

Download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App
This app is being used now more than ever!  It will provide you with many of the details needed while sailing:
  • View menus, schedules, venue descriptions and locations, and more using the app.
  • Check daily activities available to you and your family on board the ship in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator
  • See your preassigned Dining locations and dinner times, as well as additional offerings for breakfast, lunch and snacks
  • See all of your Pre-Booked Premium activities (see below)
  • Use the onboard texting feature - to communicate with fellow passengers while sailing
  • Contact guest Services via the LIVE chat feature
  • Find deck plans that show the restaurants, shops and more near you.
Once onboard, you will need to switch your device to “Airplane Mode,” turn on Wi-Fi, and connect to the “DCL-GUEST” network, where use of the “Disney Cruise Line Navigator App” is complimentary. It is important to set devices to “Airplane Mode” to access the complimentary app.
For an additional charge, Guests are able to access the internet; however data and international roaming charges may apply.
For sailings departing from the United States and Puerto Rico, Disney Cruise Line no longer requires Guests to be vaccinated and tested for COVID-19.

Disney Cruise Line adheres to local laws, regulations and protocols in place at all homeports and ports of call, including those related to health and safety. Guests should review and stay up to date with any cruise-specific requirements, restrictions or recommendations that may be in place for travel to these destinations, including for repositioning cruises from the US to Australia.
