In May 2019, Tink's Agents got the exciting opportunity to have Lynette Granger (from Universal Orlando Parks and Resort) escort us through tours of the Aventura Hotel, Sapphire Falls Resort and the Royal Pacific Resort. We toured various areas of each resort as well as a standard room in each.

​The Aventura Hotel is modern and stylish. It is literally right across the street from Universal’s Volcano Bay™ and offers great views of all three Universal Orlando theme parks.  ​

It is a prime value level hotel which means it automatically includes the following in the cost of the hotel: early park admission to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay Water Park one hour prior to opening; complimentary bus services to Universal theme parks and CityWalk; resort wide charging privileges with room key, and complimentary delivery of merchandise purchased in the park to your hotel.  The Aventura also has a full service restaurant as well as a grab and go option for snacks and beverages. Bar 17 Bistro is located on the top floor and has sweeping views of the entire Universal Orlando property.  It is open daily from 4 p.m. The Aventura  is a relatively new addition to the Universal Orlando's hotel line up as it's only been open since Summer 2018.  It has 17 floors containing over 600 rooms.  One of the really cool things we saw was a robot in the Aventura's lobby that would greet guests and actually offer them a candy.  Lynette told us the robot actually takes the elevator on it's own and can deliver things to guest rooms.  The Aventura Hotel is billed as one of the most technologically advanced hotels on property, and I can see why!  

We next made our way over to the Sapphire Falls Resort.  It is the only preferred level hotel in Universal Orlando's line up. With every reservation you get early park admission to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay Water Park one hour prior to opening; complimentary bus services to Universal theme parks and CityWalk; resort wide charging privileges with room key; and complimentary delivery of merchandise purchased in the park to your hotel.  Sapphire Falls has over 1,000 guest rooms and suites.  It is all done in a Caribbean theme with Amatista Cookhouse as an onsite full service dining option.  Sapphire Falls is a  nice, bright, clean, modern, well organized, and the location makes getting to the Universal Parks an absolute breeze.  You can take a complimentary boat ride right to the parks.  The pool area has a zero entry pool with lots of palm trees and cabanas that are available for rent. It is a great option if you would like to stay at a resort with a lot of amenities without paying the price for a premier property.

Last, but not least on our tour was The Royal Pacific Resort. Themed in a Polynesian style, the Royal Pacific is a one of the premier properties at Universal Orlando with 1,000 guest rooms and 51 suites. The theming is beautiful. With every reservation you get the following amenities: Early park admission to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay Water Park one hour prior to opening; complimentary bus services to Universal theme parks and CityWalk; resort wide charging privileges with room key; complimentary delivery of merchandise purchased in the park to your hotel
Universal Express Unlimited Pass; qnd, priority seating at restaurants throughout the resort.  The Royal Pacific is one of the Grand Dam's of the Universal Orlando line up with all the amenities of a high end hotel, including kids clubs, water taxi's, full service restaurants, bars, Mandara Spa. It also has a conference center that is attached to it and Sapphire Falls.  The Unlimited express pass alone is worth the difference in price.   An express pass is attached to each person's room key so there is no way to share the pass with others. 

All Universal Orlando resorts have pet friendly rooms and if you stay at any resort you are allowed to use the amenities of all the resorts with your room key.
