 Resorts & Map Section
Inspired by the rich cultures and architecture, Disney’s Coronado Springs reflects the colorful
stucco buildings, terracotta roofs, arched walkways, and decorative tile work. This resort offers
beautifully themed rooms in the Casitas, Ranchos, Cabanas, or the upscale Gran Destino Tower.

Casitas – Elegant, city-inspired buildings with colorful stucco and courtyards, located near the convention center and El Mercado dining area. Preferred Rooms here offer the most convenient access to the main lobby and transportation.

Ranchos – A quieter, desert-themed area with rustic, adobe-style buildings and natural landscaping, perfect for guests seeking a more peaceful atmosphere.

Cabanas – Bright, beachy villas with a laid-back coastal vibe, many offering close proximity to
the Dig Site feature pool and sandy lakefront.

Gran Destino Tower – The resort’s modern centerpiece, featuring sleek guest rooms, luxurious
suites, and a grand lobby inspired by Spanish art and architecture, plus direct access to rooftop
dining at Toledo.

Room Types:
Coronado Springs offers six room types, all with different and unique accommodation options.
Standard Rooms feature either two queen beds or one king bed, with views of the resort
grounds, gardens, or parking area. These rooms are located throughout the Casitas, Ranchos,
Cabanas, and Gran Destino Tower, accommodating up to four adults plus one child under three
in a crib.
Preferred Rooms offer the same layout as standard rooms but are located in the Casitas section,
close to the main lobby, dining, and transportation. They provide easy access to the resort’s
central amenities and are ideal for guests who want convenience and shorter walks.
Water View Rooms include two queen beds or one king bed and offer relaxing views of Lago
Dorado or one of the resort’s pools. These rooms can be found throughout the resort and in Gran
Destino Tower, accommodating up to four adults.
Gran Destino Tower Rooms bring a sleek, modern touch to the resort, with upgraded décor,
premium finishes, and views that range from standard to water view and even theme park views
from upper floors. These rooms feature two queen beds or one king bed and sleep up to four
adults.
Suites are available in both the original resort sections and Gran Destino Tower. Junior Suites
provide a larger space with a sitting area, while 1-Bedroom Suites offer a separate bedroom and
living room—ideal for families or guests needing extra space. Depending on the type, suites
accommodate four to six adults.
Club-Level Rooms & Suites are located in the Gran Destino Tower and include access to the
exclusive Chronos Club lounge. Guests enjoy concierge service, complimentary snacks and
beverages throughout the day, and evening hors d’oeuvres, making it a great choice for a more
luxurious stay.
