Signature Dining at VIctoria & Albert's

​Are you looking for an exquisite dining experience inside the Walt Disney World® Resort?  Look no further then Victoria & Alberts, located inside The Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.

Victoria & Alberts is one of the Walt Disney World® Resort's Signature Dining restaurants and is also a AAA Five Diamond Recipient since 2000. There are three different dining options available: 1. The Dining Room (with just one seating each evening). 2. Queen Victoria’s Room (accommodates just eight guests) 3. Chef’s Table.  I spent my evening at the Chefs Table in the heart of the restaurant's kitchen.  It was an unforgettable experience as we got to watch our food being prepared while we interacted with the Chef.

 Reservations usually must made  six months in advance, either by calling dining (1-407-WDW-DINE) or in your MyDisneyExperience account. I f you would like a specific dining room, please call in advance to see if they have it available. Victoria & Alberts is a customized experience, if you have food allergies, or just don’t a certain meal that you see. Please call the restaurant and they can accommodate you. Victoria & Alberts, also has a strict dress code, please make sure to call the restaurant for further details.

As we arrived at The Grand Floridan, we were informed to use Valet parking, as its complementary dining at Victoria and Alberts.  The night started off with a champagne toast with the main Chef of the night. After that it was off to eleven different courses, with two extra surprise courses from the Chef. Each meal was fantastic and customized to my liking. The Chef made it a point to tell me, “If you don’t like something, tell me and I will back you something else”.  Periodically, the Chef would come over to make sure we were enjoying our meals.  For a fee, diners are also able to add items. For example, we added the wine pairing to our meals, which gives you a different pairing for each meal. We also added the Kobe beef to our experience as well.

It took us a total of four hours to complete our dining experience.  Every minute and every course was completely worth it.  I highly recommend dining at Victoria & Albert's!
