Come check out all of the details of the Mabrika Cove Cabanas (the family cabanas) at Lookout Cay! These cabanas are located on their own private beach and have a perfect view of the ship. The Mabrika Cove Cabanas are the Family Cabanas at Lookout Cay, these are on their own private beach and no tram ride is needed to get to. Here's an up close look at the Mabrika Cove on a map of Lookout Cay. Mabrika is a traditional greeting of the island of Eluethra - meaning hello or welcome, which is perfect for this part of the island. There are 20 Cabanas at Mabrika Cove, and 4 Grand Cabanas. Each of the regular cabanas holds up to 10 guests and each grand cabana holds up to 16 guests. Let's take a look at the cost breakdown foe the cabanas. Price Breakdown for a Regular Cabana - $963 dollars for the first 6 guests. It is an additional $56 per person for every guest after that (guests 6-10 are an additional $56 each) Price Breakdown for a Grand Cabana - $1375 for the first 10 guests. It is an additional $56 per guest for every guest after that. (guests 11-16 are an additional $56 each). There are 4 grand cabanas available on Mabrika Cove, Cabanas 1 and 2 as well as Cabanas 20 and 21. What's included in a Mabrika Cove Cabana? Views and Beaches - unlike the rest of Lookout Cay, Mabrika Cove has a stunning view of the Disney ship. Above is the picture from our cabana, it was a little cloudy when we went, but it was still a great day. You may also notice some rocks in the picture. There are rocks in front of cabanas 16-21 making it a little harder to get into the ocean there. We were in cabana 18 on our visit, and will definitely be requesting a lower number cabana on our next visit to avoid these rocks. The sand was VERY soft there was a little bit of seaweed but absolutely no shells. Seating Options - The only lounge chairs on the beach are right in front of the food station in the middle of all of the cabanas. This is likely because we were the second overall visit to the island and were told that not all of the chairs has arrived. We hope in the future there are beachside seats available in front of all of the cabanas. There are plenty of seating options inside the cabana including a full table with four chairs perfect for dining in the cabana. There are also two lounge chairs on the deck in addition to a full couch and two chairs on the inside of the cabana. Food and Beverage Options - The food options are truly impressive at Mabrika Cove. Mabrika Cove has it's very own food station right between cabanas 10 and 11. The food offering were mostly the same as on the Family Beach and Serenity Bay, but there was scoopable ice cream with toppings for no extra cost. There are plenty of barbeque options as well as an option to have drinks brought to your cabana as you can order them via an iPad in the wall in your cabana. There are also snacks inside the cabana like chips, granola bars and a bowl of fruit. Extra Amenities - The Mabrika Cove Cabanas also include bike rentals and snorkel gear. Concierge or guest services will contact you to get your foot sizes for the flippers for snorkeling. One of the extra amenities available for an additional cost only at the Mabrika Cove Cabanas is an in cabana massage from senses spa. The in cabana massage cost $200 for an hour massage plus a tip. This hour can be split among any number of guests, we split it between four people for 20 minutes each. They brought a massage chair to our cabana and a masseuse from Senses Spa cane to our cabana. This was an incredibly relaxing experience, I only wish we hadn't split it so I could have had the whole hour for myself.
