Hello! My name’s Ashley and I’m from Central New York. I’m a wife and mom of two handsome boys. All throughout my life I’ve had a love for travel, no matter if it was an hour drive from home or a plane trip away. The thought of exploration and adventure was always so exciting. As we raise our boys, traveling has always been a priority, especially to the most magical place on earth!
My first trip to Disney World started at the age of 9, but it wasn’t until I got older that I started traveling there more frequently and loving everything Disney! With many family trips and RunDisney events, every experience is new and exciting! Seeing the magic of Disney through the eyes of toddlers is very special and something I will hold memory of for the rest of my life. Seeing their eyes light up walking on Main St, the balloon bouquets and bubbles roaming free always puts a smile on our faces.
The magic doesn’t stop there! In 2017, my husband got me into running and I ran my first ever marathon through RunDisney. Running the course through Disney is like no other. To the fireworks at the early morning start or the characters lined up cheering you on, you’re sure to have a smile on your face even at mile 21. I would recommend a RunDisney event over any other race! No matter how experienced of a runner you are, there is something for everyone! Plus, the medals are super fun!
