Tess Ryan

Hi! I’m Tess Ryan, and I live and breathe everything Disney. My journey with Disney began over two decades ago, and since then, I’ve experienced the magic of Disney Parks, Resorts, and Cruises firsthand. I never knew how much of an imprint Disney had on me until all the sudden I just wanted to keep going back. My parents took my sister and I every year when I was younger and I remember wanting to go on all the big rides, which led to Tower of Terror being my favorite for a VERY long time. (To only be changed once Guardians Cosmic Rewind opened)

A new love with Disney came when I first sailed with Disney Cruise Line in February 2020. I’ve sailed on many of the incredible Disney ships, and each trip is more magical than the last. I love the mix of Disney fun with the added factor of relaxing on an island or on board. And nothing beats the Disney music that plays all throughout the ship.

I’ve recently added Disneyland California and Disneyland Paris to my list of adventures. After visiting Walt Disney World many times, going to a new park made me fall in love all over again with the park’s charm and amazing attractions.

One of the highlights of my Disney journey has been discovering runDisney. The magic of running through Disney Parks with beloved characters and others around you is so inspiring. I achieved a personal milestone by completing my first half marathon and challenge with runDisney, an experience that truly captured the spirit of Disney magic.

I am a 2024 graduate of the University of Hartford with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing. I currently work for a non-profit organization as a Development Coordinator.
