Aulani Refunds and Cancellations ​

​How do I cancel a hotel reservation and receive a refund of my deposit?
In order to receive a full refund of your deposit for a “room only” booking—including credit card deposit transactions—notification of cancellation must be received at least 5 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations made 4 days or less before your arrival date (including no shows), a cancellation fee will be charged equivalent to the first night's room rate plus tax. Failure to check in to the hotel on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice of cancellation or change will be subject to fees equivalent to the first night's hotel rate plus tax. However, please note that in the case of a vacation package — or if you have booked other components with your room such as flight or car rental — the required notification time frame is 30 days or more, with a $400 cancel fee if notice is 29 days or less. To cancel a reservation, contact your Tink’s agent. If you have other reservations, they will not be cancelled unless you advise us. Cancellation and refund policies are subject to change.

How do I cancel or modify a dining reservation? 
If your plans change, we ask that you cancel or modify your dining reservation as a courtesy to fellow Guests. You should have received a confirmation number when making your reservation. Please reference that confirmation number when canceling or changing your reservation. There are 3 ways to cancel or modify your reservation:
1) Find your reservation online.
2) Call (866) 44-DISNEY or (866) 443-4763. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
3) Visit any restaurant podium at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa. 

How do I cancel or reschedule a spa reservation at Laniwai – A Disney Spa or Painted Sky, the teen spa?
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa at least 6 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full service fee. Please inquire regarding large parties, spa packages or group cancellations. To contact the spa, call (866) 44-DISNEY or (866) 443-4763. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call. The cancellation policy is subject to change.

How do I change or cancel an excursion reservation?
Excursion changes and cancellations must be requested in person at the Holo Holo Tour Desk at Aulani, or by calling the Disney Reservation Center at (866) 44-DISNEY or (866) 443-4763. Note: Excursions are operated by independent contractors that are neither agents of, nor supervised or controlled by, Aulani. All excursions are subject to the policies of the operator. Cancellation policies are subject to change.

How do I change or cancel reservations for activities?
Activity changes and cancellations must be requested in person at Aulani, or by calling the Disney Reservation Center at (866) 44-DISNEY or (866) 443-4763.
